Autumn Equinox 2008 Update

Greetings to all our relations!

We trust this update finds you affirming the path of joy and righteousness…

Here at KD we are continually encouraged by the interest and support we are receiving. And we would like to take this opportunity to again express our deep gratitude towards all of you who have helped us with your kind words, your generous donations and, of course, the many enthusiastic volunteers who flow through our community leaving sparks of their spirits in the gardens, the dwellings and our childrens' eyes- you know who you are ;-).

As intended in the previous update, we have planted more fruit trees and have started to expand our water catchments. We've also been blessed with a gift of natural paint, from one of our wonderful integrating members, which is sprucing up the farm house as I type. It's a comforting indication of our progress to now have more time, energy and money to work on some much needed aesthetic appeal… Helping create an outer reflection worthy of KD's heart, is a fun and rewarding project for all of us.

The highlight for our little girls was undoubtedly to find each other again after an extended separation, once again bringing wonderful chaos and songs to the community. Our little Ameo continues to shine her light with constant bursts of smiles. At 3 months she's laughing out loud…

"Each fruit has its season"- is a lesson we live with daily. Currently, in our ever-accelerating evolution, we are guided to remain vigilant and receptive with faith and surrender as the seasons are coming thick and fast…
The pace and ease with which ideas turn into manifestations gauges their alignment with the Cosmic Plan.

As we navigate this Time of Transition, there is a natural pull toward community and seeking kindred spirits for support and inspiration. By engaging in conscious group work, both spiritual and practical, we collectively explore and bring to life our interconnection and interdependence, while co-creating the New Way Forward.

Thus, with intuitive guidance and full trust, we're boldly shaping the vacuum for a healing, learning and resource centre. This project is close to all our hearts as a way for creating a meaningful livelihood from within the community while building a vital platform for workshops, retreats, seminars and conferences that bring to light the broad spectrum of conscious, simple and natural living.

We hope to launch our fundraising venture in the June issue of Biophile magazine. Though we will also certainly be calling on all our friends (that means YOU!) to help disseminate our proposal (because donations are justly rewarded…) to likely benefactors. But we'll be sure to send you the right info at the ripe time…
